We have a flexible 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Change of mind is not applicable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received at the time of delivery—unused, with tags, stickers, and in its original packaging. Our customer support team may request a receipt or proof of purchase to process your request.
Please check and verify your order upon receiving it from the courier within 24 hours. If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Our team will resolve your issue on priority or as per the instructions provided by our support team.

Once we receive your item and approve your exchange request, we will issue a shopping voucher (excluding shipping charges). The voucher can be used on our website for any future purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, our support team will notify you about the refund status.
